Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or take prescription medications.
Use particular caution if you:
- Take warfarin (Coumadin) or another medication for which consistent vitamin K intake is important. Kale, spinach, Swiss chard, cabbage, and parsley naturally contain vitamin K.
- Have a history of calcium-oxalate kidney stones or have been instructed to follow a low-oxalate diet; spinach, Swiss chard, and beet root can contain substantial oxalates.
- Have kidney disease or have been instructed to restrict potassium or certain vegetables.
- Take medications that lower blood glucose or blood pressure; discuss regular use with your healthcare professional.
- Have reflux, gastritis, ulcers, sensitive teeth, or another condition aggravated by acidic foods or beverages.
Always dilute before drinking. Apple cider vinegar is acidic and repeated undiluted exposure may irritate the mouth, throat, stomach, or tooth enamel.
Keep out of reach of children.
