Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority.
We offer a 30 day return policy. If you have any issues with your product and it is in the 30 day time period after receiving it, message me through the CONTACT US page to initiate the return.
If the product is damaged, it will need to be returned in order to receive a new one.
Any returns will need to show proof of purchase to receive a full refund.
Once I receive all the required information for your request of return, I will create a return shipping label for you. Once I have received the return, I initiate the refund.
Products under warranty should be handled with care. We have a 30 day after delivery warranty on our products.
If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Our payments are secured with the Shopify Secured Payment System.
Processing of your order usually takes 5-7 days. Your order will be shipped or delivered after the initial processing period.
If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.
Most of my products are made on demand.
If a product you want says it is out of stock, please feel free to shoot us a message with the product you are looking for in the subject line. I will adjust the number of products for you so you can purchase it.
