All of our products are handmade in small batches with care. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand in the future and appreciate your understanding and support.

Warranty & Repair

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients, we do not offer formal warranties. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.

We do not offer extended warranties on our products. As a small-batch, handcrafted apothecary, our items are made with fresh, natural ingredients and are intended to be used within their recommended shelf life. If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery—we’re happy to help.

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer refunds on opened or used products due to the nature of our handmade, personal care items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or a refund when appropriate. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re here to make things right.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. We only offer refunds for items that arrive damaged or if you receive the wrong product. Please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details so we can review your request and assist you promptly.

If your refund is approved, you will receive a full refund for the affected item(s), excluding shipping costs. Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect products reported within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds for opened, used, or unwanted items.

If a refund is approved due to a damaged or incorrect item, Ritzy Rage Apothecary will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the refund request is for any other reason and the original order did not include free shipping, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
