Shipping Policy

At Ritzy Rage Apothecary, we carefully package each order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. All products are handmade in small batches, so please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States via USPS and UPS. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses or postal issues. If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend contacting your local carrier directly, as we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.

During warmer months, we recommend retrieving your package promptly after delivery, especially for heat-sensitive items like creams or tallow-based products.
