At Ritzy Rage Apothecary, every product is handcrafted with intention, care, and quality. Due to the nature of our skincare and wellness items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ritzyrageapothecary@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not possible.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Be sure to verify your shipping address before completing your purchase, as we cannot offer refunds for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
