Ingredients (common names only):

Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Passionflower, Skullcap, Lavender, Holy Basil (Tulsi), Oatstraw.

Dosage:

• Ages 4–6: 10–15 drops up to 3 times daily or 20–30 minutes before bedtime.
  
• Ages 7–12: 15–30 drops up to 3 times daily or before bedtime.
  
  May be taken directly or mixed into juice, herbal tea, or water. Shake well before use.
