Little Flame Tamer: Children's Tincture

Little Flame Tamer – Children’s Fever Reducer Tincture is a gentle yet effective herbal blend created to help reduce fevers, support immune function, and bring comfort during illness in children ages four to twelve. Drawing on time-honored fever-reducing herbs and calming botanicals, it works with the body’s natural processes to help regulate temperature, ease restlessness, and support a quicker recovery without suppressing immune response. This tincture is available in both a sweet, alcohol-free glycerite and a traditional alcohol extract, giving parents the flexibility to choose the form that works best for their child.

The ingredients include elderflower, yarrow, catnip, lemon balm, chamomile, peppermint leaf, ginger root, licorice root (deglycyrrhizinated), and cinnamon chips.

For dosage, children ages four to six may take five to ten drops up to three times daily, and children ages seven to twelve may take ten to twenty drops up to three times daily. For alcohol extract, the tincture should be diluted in warm water or tea before giving. Shake well before each use.

This tincture is not for children under four years old. Parents should consult a qualified healthcare provider before use if the child has a medical condition, is taking medication, or has known allergies to any listed ingredient. Discontinue use if any adverse reaction occurs.

Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. The shelf life is approximately two years or more for the alcohol extract and about one year for the glycerite.
