Little Ease: Children's Tincture

Little Ease – Children’s Headache & Tension Relief Tincture is a gentle, child-safe herbal blend created to help relieve stress headaches, tension, sinus pressure, and nervous strain in children ages four to twelve. This carefully balanced formula works to calm the nervous system, reduce inflammation, relax muscles, and provide natural comfort without causing sedation. By easing both physical discomfort and emotional strain, it supports children in returning to a state of peace and well-being. It is available in both a sweet, alcohol-free glycerite version and a traditional alcohol extract, giving parents the flexibility to choose the best option for their child’s needs. The comfort and relief it brings reflect the reassurance found in Psalm 94:19 — “When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy.”

The ingredients include chamomile, lemon balm, catnip, skullcap, peppermint leaf, fennel seed, elderflowers, feverfew, passionflower, ginger root, and licorice root (deglycyrrhizinated).

For dosage, children ages four to six may take ten to fifteen drops up to three times daily, and children ages seven to twelve may take fifteen to thirty drops up to three times daily. This tincture can be taken directly or mixed into juice, water, or herbal tea. Shake well before use.

This tincture is not for children under four years old. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before use if the child has a medical condition, is taking medication, or has allergies to any listed ingredient. Discontinue use if any adverse reaction occurs. Do not use if the child is allergic to plants in the daisy family.

Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. The alcohol extract has a shelf life of approximately two years or more, while the glycerite version lasts around one year.
