Little Breath is a gentle children’s herbal tincture formulated to promote clear breathing, ease coughing, and soothe inflamed airways in children ages 4–12. This child-safe blend works to loosen and clear mucus, calm the nervous system, and ease respiratory discomfort, making it an excellent ally during seasonal or environmental respiratory challenges. The selected botanicals are traditionally valued for their anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, and soothing effects on the lungs and throat. Little Breath can help reduce airway irritation, encourage deeper, calmer breathing, and provide comfort for children struggling with congestion or cough. It is available in both a sweet, alcohol-free glycerite and a traditional alcohol extract, allowing parents to choose the best option for their child’s needs.

Ingredients (common names only):

Mullein Leaf, Chamomile, Thyme Leaf, Lemon Balm, Licorice Root (deglycyrrhizinated), Fennel Seed, Marshmallow Root, Peppermint Leaf, Clove, Elderflower, Ginger Root

Dosage:

• Ages 4-12: 10–20 drops up to 3 times daily as needed for cough, congestion, or breathing discomfort
  
  Best taken in water, juice, or herbal tea. Shake well before use.
  

Safety & Precautions:

Not for use in children under 4 years of age. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before use if your child has asthma, a medical condition, or is taking medication. Discontinue use if any adverse reaction occurs.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep bottle tightly closed when not in use. Shelf life is approximately 2+ years for alcohol extract and 1 year for glycerite version.
